Fitness Programs

I currently offer three different fitness programs that are personalized to your goals and ability level. All three are offered on a monthly bases and include free fitness consultation, fitness evaluation, personalized 4-week plan aimed toward your goals, and once a week check-ins with myself. Please see below for more details on each program.

Online Coaching

$60 per month

Online coaching is great for clients not currently living in Charleston area. It includes:

  • Personalized Fitness Plan
  • Goal setting
  • Nutrition Advice
  • Fitness assessment and reassessment every 4 weeks
  • Once a week check in via your preference of contact (video chat, phone call, email, etc)
  • Email assistance throughout the month

In Person Coaching

Prices vary. Approximately $60-$100. Contact for more details

In Person coaching is your standard personal training session. Depending on your fitness level and goals, I will meet with you one-on-one 1-4 times a week. You can choose how many sessions you want in a week. This package includes

  • 60 minute sessions in person
  • Personalized Fitness Plan
  • Goal Setting
  • Nutrition Advice
  • Fitness assessments and reassessments every 4 weeks
  • Progress Monitoring
  • Weekly Check ins via your preference of contact. (video chat, phone call, email, etc)
  • Email Assistance throughout the month

Beginner Running

Online : $60

In-person: $70

Many people have a desire to begin running but don't know where to start. Since my background is in running, I offer beginning running up to 10k distance. This includes:

  • Personalized weekly plans including resistant training, long runs, and speed work
  • Option to meet in person (60-90 min. sessions)
  • Personalized goal setting
  • Nutrition Advice
  • Fitness Assessment
  • Once a week check in via your preference of contact.
  • Email Assistance
