Hello! My name is Wrenn. I am a runner with a passion for all things health and wellness. I began my journey in 2015 after graduating from college. I was 40 pounds heavier than I was when I left high school and in desperate need for a new way of living. Over the course of 9 months I was able to lose 30 pounds just with moderate exercise and LOTS of clean eating. I lost 5 more pounds when I started training for a half marathon in the fall of 2016. Recently I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. Wedding Dress Difference

After losing the weight, I tried on my size 12 wedding dress. I am now maintaining a size 2 and you can see the difference.
